These Terms & Conditions govern use of ruffjackets.com and purchases from RuffJackets. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with the policies linked on our website.
1. Business Information
RuffJackets operates the online store at ruffjackets.com. Customer-service contact details are listed at the end of these terms. If RuffJackets is a trading name of a separately registered legal entity, the legal entity information shown in Merchant Center, payment records, invoices, and business documents must correspond with the seller responsible for the transaction.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings, leather or textile batches, and handmade production. Measurements and fit information are approximate unless a product is expressly sold to custom measurements.
Some products are made to order, customized, or produced after an order is placed. Where this applies, additional processing time may be required.
3. Third-Party Names, Teams, Films, Television, Games, and Celebrities
RuffJackets is an independent retailer. Product references to third-party names, films, television programs, characters, celebrities, sports teams, leagues, games, or other brands are used to describe a style or source of design inspiration. Unless a product page expressly and truthfully states that an item is officially licensed, the item is not presented as official, licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or manufactured by the referenced third party. All third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Prices and Currency
Website prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. The store’s default currency is USD. If a currency-conversion feature is used, converted amounts may be approximate. The final amount and currency presented at checkout control the transaction, subject to any conversion or foreign-transaction fee charged by your own payment provider.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. An order may be cancelled and refunded where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
6. Payment
Payment is processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
7. Shipping

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

RuffJackets website content, original text, photographs, graphics, branding, and site design may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks referenced on product pages belong to their respective owners.
11. Errors and Updates
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or availability information. If a material correction affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer or issue an appropriate cancellation/refund where necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RuffJackets is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed will normally apply to that transaction unless a change is required by law.
