At RuffJackets, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
