Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

RuffJackets wants customers to understand the return process before placing an order. This policy applies to ordinary returns, including a change of mind or buyer’s remorse, as well as defective or incorrect items.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors or damage, and returned with its original tags and packaging where supplied.

How to Start a Return

1. Email contact@ruffjackets.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. Tell us the reason for the return and, if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, include clear photographs.
3. Wait for return authorization and the applicable return-address instructions before shipping the parcel.
4. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.

Do not send a return without authorization. The return facility provided in the authorization instructions may differ from our public business/contact address.

Buyer’s Remorse / Change-of-Mind Returns

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return-shipping cost. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived defective or damaged, contact us promptly. After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, and we will provide return-shipping instructions when a return is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, personalized, made-to-measure, or specially altered products once production has begun.
• Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered after delivery, damaged by the customer, or returned without required tags/packaging.

A product being offered at a promotional price does not by itself remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a sale or clearance item is specifically designated final sale before purchase, that designation applies subject to applicable consumer law.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or another eligible item, contact us. Availability is not guaranteed. Any price difference and applicable shipping cost will be confirmed before an exchange is processed.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel before production or fulfillment begins. Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or already-dispatched orders may not be cancellable once work or carrier processing has started.
